Following COVID Safety Protocols for Healthy Carpet, Rug, & Vinyl Shopping

Our customers’ and employees’ well-being is our top priority. Carpet Discount Warehouse in Charlotte, NC strictly follows COVID-19 protocols to help minimize the spread of the virus. Before we begin our daily operations, we make sure to do the following:

  • Take daily temperature readings for every employee who will report to work (those who have fever will be sent home).
  • Ask our staff if they are experiencing any respiratory symptoms apart from Asthma, COPD, etc.
  • Ask our employees if they or any member of their household have been exposed to a COVID-19-infected patient
  • Minimize handshakes by waving instead
  • Maintain a 6-foot distance from others
  • Practice regular and proper handwashing
  • Use sanitizers
  • Sanitize high-contact surfaces and counters throughout the day
  • Use face masks and gloves when needed
